Step 1. Request a sample wedding program packet at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. The packet will include an order form, sample designs and paper, sample ink colors, typestyles, and verses. We do request a fee of $5 to cover shipping of the packet. However, you will receive a $5 coupon to be applied to your order!

Step 2. Look over the sample packet and ordering information carefully! Choose one of the sample cover graphics or request a custom graphics design. There is no extra charge for custom designs! Choose a verse or poem to be combined with your graphic. The sample packet includes a selection of verses, or you may have a special poem or bible verse that you prefer. This is your wedding; let us know what you like!

Step 3. Complete the order form with names of your wedding party and your order of ceremony. Please include first and last names of all people involved in your wedding. Musical selections should include composer and name(s) of vocalists or instrumentalists. Attach additional pages for special poems, readings, dedications, or clipart.

Step 4. Submit your order with a 50% deposit at least three weeks prior to your wedding. If you'd like to submit your order by email or fax, feel free to do so and then drop your deposit in the mail. Please include a daytime and evening phone number, email address, and fax number (if available). We will be in contact with you if we have questions or suggestions about your order.

Step 5. Within 48 hours, a proof copy of your program will be ready! We can email or fax you a copy for your inspection and approval. We will also mail a copy by first class mail. Please call, email or fax with changes within 48 hours and mail a personal check or money order for the balance of your order.
