How to Order Wedding Invitations

Our service for wedding invitations and enclosures is a personalized service! We will be in contact with you by email, phone or fax throughout the development and printing of your wedding stationery. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1. Wedding invitations should be mailed to your guests at least 4-6 weeks prior to the ceremony. Request a sample wedding invitation packet at least 10-12 weeks before your wedding date. Samples will be chosen to reflect your preferences-formal versus informal, white versus cream, etc. The sample packet will include samples of invitations, response cards, enclosure cards, and envelopes. You will also receive an order form, sample ink colors, typestyles and wording. We do request a fee of $5 to cover shipping of the packet. However, you will receive a $5 coupon to be applied to your order!

Step 2. Look over the sample packet and ordering information carefully! Choices will need to be made regarding paper, ink color, typestyle, and wording. Special requests for wording are welcome!

Step 3. Submit the order form with a 50% deposit at least 8 weeks prior to your wedding. If you'd like to submit your order by email or fax, feel free to do so and then drop your deposit in the mail. Please include a daytime and evening phone number, email address, and fax number (if available). We will be in contact with you if we have questions or suggestions about your order.

Step 4: Within 48 hours, a proof copy of your invitation and any enclosures will be ready. We can email or fax you a copy for your inspection and approval. Please call, email or fax with changes within 48 hours and mail a personal check or money order for the balance of your order.

Step 5: After your final approval and receipt of the balance of your payment, we will print your wedding stationery and ship them to you by priority mail. You should receive them at least 4-6 weeks prior to your service! Get your address book ready.

All invitations and enclosures will be shipped to you no later than 5 weeks prior to your wedding. Shipping and handling charges are $6 for First Class Priority Mail. Later shipment will require overnight delivery. Order early to save on your shipping cost! Invitations and enclosures are shipped unfolded. Assembly and addressing instructions will be enclosed.
